Plume Silk Trousers

Full-length silk trousers finished with five tiers of independently moving strips. Built over a lightweight internal trouser base and finished with five tiers of long, individually cut silk-twill strips. Each strip moves independently while the waist and hip remain clean. Produced only to order.
